My sincerest apologies for the delays in getting back to your request. I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to your Anova sous vide unit. I do understand how frustrating this experience can be for you and this is certainly not what we want you to experience at all!
Your unit is still under our warranty coverage for brand new replacement. No worries, I've gone ahead and arranged a new shipment to be delivered to your address shortly.
Once shipped, we will automatically send you the tracking info. It usually reflects in 1-2 business days. If you didn't receive the email, kindly check your spam folder as it may have been routed there. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days for domestic and 5-7 business days for international packages.
